26530 Dual Probe Transducer System
The Dual Probe Transducer System consists of a proximity probe and aseismic or Velomitor® transducer installed at approximately the samepoint in a common transducer housing. This transducer system iscapable of making four separate measurements:
1、 Shaft relative radial position (displacement) relative to the probemounting location, measured by the proximity probe;
2、 Shaft relative radial dynamic motion (vibration) relative to theprobe mounting location, measured by the proximity probe;
3、 Machine casing absolute vibration measured by the seismicvibration; and
4、 Shaft absolute motion represented by the summation of theseismic signal (after integration to displacement) and the shaftrelative displacement.
The Dual Probe Transducer System provides the its best measurementdata when transducer housing is mounted on a portion of the bearinghousing or cover that is mechanically referenced to the bearing.For complete machinery monitoring diagnostics using orbit analysis andshaft centerline position information, two Dual Probe assemblies in anX-Y configuration are required per radial bearing.

Note: For penetration lengths between 1.0and 2.0 inches, counter bore may be requiredin machine case to reduce probe side viewand/or rear view effects. 1.0-1.9 inchpenetration lengths not available with 3300
